Hayal Garajı'nın temel sürümü ücretsizdir; Hayal Garajı Kulübü isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir.
Abonelik App Store ya da Google Play hesabınız üzerinden alınır, kendiliğinden yenilenir ve oradan istediğiniz an iptal edilebilir.
Uygulama çocuklar içindir; satın almaları ve ayarları ebeveyn yönetir.

Kabul

Hayal Garajı uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama 2-7 yaş arası çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır; bu koşulları çocuğun ebeveyni ya da yasal vasisi olarak kabul edersiniz ve çocuğunuzun Uygulamayı kullanmasından siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı bireysel geliştirici Selman Bilal Şen ("biz") yayımlar.

Kullanım lisansı

Size, Uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz ya da kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik uygulamak, satmak ya da yeniden dağıtmak yasaktır. Apple App Store'dan indirilen Uygulama için ayrıca Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi geçerlidir.

Ücretsiz sürüm ve Hayal Garajı Kulübü

Ücretsiz sürüm, belirli araçları, süsleri ve tam Türkçe içeriği içerir. Garaj (tasarlama, boyama, yıkama) zaman sınırı olmadan kullanılabilir; Bul bakalım günde bir set, Puzzle günde bir yapboz, sürüş günde 5 dakika oynanabilir.
Hayal Garajı Kulübü, tüm araçları ve süsleri, sınırsız Bul bakalım, Puzzle ve sürüşü (kasaba, gökyüzü, deniz), her kelimede İngilizceyi ve kelime raporunu açan isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir. Aylık ve yıllık plan sunulur; güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında, ülkenizin para biriminde gösterilir.
Ücretsiz deneme: Aylık ve yıllık planlarda 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir; deneme, mağazanın kurallarına göre her hesap için bir kez geçerlidir. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz deneme sonunda ücretlendirme başlar.
Ödeme ve yenileme: Ödeme, onayınızla App Store ya da Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe aynı süre ve ücretle kendiliğinden yenilenir.
İptal: Aboneliğinizi cihazınızdaki App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından istediğiniz an iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
İadeler Apple ve Google'ın kendi iade politikalarına tabidir ve bu mağazalar üzerinden talep edilir.
Fiyat değişiklikleri mağazaların kurallarına uygun olarak önceden bildirilir.

Abonelik sona erdiğinde Uygulama ücretsiz sürümle çalışmaya devam eder. Çocuğunuzun yaptığı tasarımlar silinmez; Kulüp içeriği yeniden abone olduğunuzda tekrar açılır.

İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet

Pofu karakteri, Uygulamanın tasarımı, görselleri, sesleri ve yazılımı bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir. Uygulamada açık kaynak lisanslarıyla kullanılan üçüncü taraf içerikler bulunur; örneğin Microsoft Fluent Emoji (MIT Lisansı) ve SIL Open Font License ile lisanslanan yazı tipleri. Bu içerikler kendi lisans koşullarına tabidir.

Çocukların güvenliği

Uygulamada reklam, sohbet, sosyal paylaşım ya da başka kullanıcılarla iletişim yoktur. Satın alma ekranları, ayarlar ve dış bağlantılar ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır. Kişisel verilerle ilgili ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikamıza bakabilirsiniz.

Garanti ve sorumluluk

Uygulamayı özenle hazırlıyoruz ancak "olduğu gibi" sunuyoruz; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu hüküm, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlanamayan haklarınızı etkilemez.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni hâlini bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihini değiştirerek yayımlarız. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama güncellemesinin açıklamasında da belirtiriz.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız ve başvuru yollarınız saklıdır.

In short

The basic version of Hayal Garage is free; the Hayal Garage Club is an optional subscription.
The subscription is purchased through your App Store or Google Play account, renews automatically, and can be cancelled there at any time.
The app is for children; purchases and settings are managed by a parent.

Acceptance

By downloading or using the Hayal Garage app (the "App"), you accept these terms. The App is designed for children aged 2 to 7; you accept these terms as the child's parent or legal guardian and you are responsible for your child's use of the App. The App is published by independent developer Selman Bilal Şen ("we").

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell or redistribute the App. For the App downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies.

Free version and Hayal Garage Club

The free version includes selected vehicles, accessories and full Turkish content. The garage (designing, painting, washing) has no time limit; Find it can be played one set a day, Puzzle one jigsaw a day and driving 5 minutes a day.
The Hayal Garage Club is an optional subscription that unlocks all vehicles and accessories, unlimited Find it, Puzzle and driving (town, sky, sea), English for every word, and the word report. Monthly and yearly plans are offered; current prices are shown on the purchase screen in your local currency.
Free trial: The monthly and yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial; under the store's rules, a trial can be used once per account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, billing begins when the trial ends.
Payment and renewal: Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies and are requested through those stores.
Price changes are announced in advance in line with the stores' rules.

When the subscription ends, the App keeps working as the free version. Your child's designs are not deleted; Club content unlocks again when you resubscribe.

Content and intellectual property

The Pofu character and the App's design, artwork, sounds and software belong to us or our licensors. The App includes third-party content used under open licenses, such as Microsoft Fluent Emoji (MIT License) and fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License. That content is subject to its own license terms.

Children's safety

The App has no ads, chat, social sharing or contact with other users. Purchase screens, settings and external links sit behind a parental gate. For details about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Warranty and liability

We build the App with care but provide it "as is"; we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. This does not affect any consumer rights you have that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date, and mention significant changes in the app update notes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights and remedies under consumer protection law.
